Funeral services for Mr. Anthony L. Fant, age 49, will be conducted on Tuesday, December 12, 2017 at 1:00 PM at Calvary Baptist Church.  Burial will follow in Newberry Memorial Gardens.

Mr. Fant passed away on Tuesday, December 5, 2017 in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.  Born in Newberry County, he was the son of Mr. Wallace Young and Mrs. Shirley Fant Young.  He was food service employee with Newberry College.

Surviving in addition to his parents are his children, Terrance Fant (Tiara) of Greenwood, SC; Kevon Fant (Jayla) of Rock Hill, SC; Alexis Fant of Fairfield, SC; Amellian Fant of Newberry, SC; sisters, Jessima Young; brothers, Maurice Young and Eric Wicker all of Newberry, SC; Mike Wicker of Philadelphia, PA; grandmother, Mrs. Sarah Young of Newberry, SC; devoted friend, Angela Longshore; five grandchildren, four uncles, twelve aunts, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
