Annie Williams

Funeral services for Ms. Annie P. Williams, age 65, will be conducted on Sunday, July 10, 2016 at 2:00 PM at Mt. Olive AME Church in Kinards, SC.  Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

Ms. Williams passed away on Wednesday, July 6, 2016 at Laurens County Memorial Hospital.  Born in Kinards, South Carolina, she was the daughter of the late Ella Bell Long Williams and the late Mace James Williams.  She was a member of Mt. Olive AME Church in Kinards.  Ms. Williams retired from Presbyterian Homes.

Ms. Williams was predeceased by two brothers, James "Nate"  Kennedy and Willie Earl Williams; two sisters, Geneva Kennedy Moon and Carrie Bell Williams.

Surviving are sisters, Sara Williams Shorter of Newberry, SC; Diane James, Dora James and Elsie Lee James all of Clinton, SC; brothers, Raymond Boozer of Williamsburg, VA; Robert Boozer of Yonkers, NY; Larry (Carolyn) Williams of Clinton, SC; Mace James of Atlanta, GA; one uncle, Claude (Eliza) Long; two aunts, Lillie Battle and Lois Long all of Newberry, SC; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and many devoted friends.
